3. The joy we profess would have been a deception.
4. We would have traded earthly gain for a dream.

Conclusion: But Christ is risen. Gospel preaching is powerful and true. Faith in Christ brings forgiveness and eternal life. Believers go to heaven when they die. Christians have reasons to rejoice. We will rise to be like him. Christ will reign forever.
