• The hardest part of doing any task is starting
• Think about the mental and emotional energy drain you experience about doing any looming chore/task/project
• Often times the task takes less time to complete than the time spent worrying about it
• Funny how I ALWAYS feel better once It’s complete. I feel better about myself.
