INDIGESTION

What is indigestion?
Indigestion is when you have pain or discomfort in your stomach and you have trouble digesting food.

WHAT CAUSE INDIGESTION

Indigestion can be caused by many things like for an example having stomach infections or taking aspirin and many other pain killers and last but not least eating to much or eating to fast.

WAYS TO PREVENT INDIGESTION


Indigestion can be prevented by
Small things like eating slowly or eating small meals. Other actions such as not lying down right after eating and
Waiting at least 3 hours after your meal can help also.

SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS

SIGNS OF INDIGESTION

  • Vomiting/feeling nauseous
  • Bloated
  • Gas
  • Growling stomach
  • Abdominal pain

TREATMENT

Indigestion can be treated by

  • Avoiding spicy foods
  • Drinking liquids after eating
  • Avoiding late eating
  • Avoiding alcoholic drinks

THE ORGANS IT AFFECTS

One organ that indigestion affects is the stomach in the stomach acid splash and goes up into the esophagus which can cause heart burn it also cause abdominal pain.
