Ways to prevent indigestion is to eat slow and when you are full don't eat more. Also do not eat a lot of gastric food at once and to not drink alcohol and smoke.

HERE ARE SOME SYMPTOMS OF INDIGESTION

  • Pain or burning in upper belly
  • Nausea
  • Bloating
  • Uncontrollable burping

How to treat indigestion is any painkillers,select antibiotics,and medication.

This affects the stomach when you eat to much or eat to fast, you feel bloated in your stomach.
