Problem = Mold

  • Mold is a fungi
  • Grow in warm, damp, and humid conditions
  • Types of indoor molds are Cladosporium, Penicillium, Alternaria, and Aspergillus
  • Spores are mold seeds that travel in the air

The Cause

  • Change in temperature in the hotel rooms

  • Cause symptoms such as nasal stuffiness, eye irritation, wheezing, or skin irritation
  • Severe cases for guests with asthmatic reactions and allergies
  • Skin Disease and parasite in lungs

What We Need To Do !

  • Check/repair water damage and leaks
  • Examine guest room windows and door seals
  • Check absorbent materials for instances wallpaper, ceilings, and carpets.
