Iron ore and trains were the most important natural recources. The iron ore was very valuable and was sold for alot. and the trains brought them all around the country for alot of profit. Iron ore was wanted because it could be made into steel which was then used for bridges and everything else.
Ore loading docks trains ships and railroads were major roles in he iron industry. They helped bring the iron out, bring it to the the place that made it into steel then brought it to an area to sell it. The steel powered shovels helped the miners take the ore out and helped it be a little safer.
