There was no one person created soccer but it was made over time. It is thought to be first made in China during 400 a.d. By children.

But it gained its fame vastly in the United Kingdom around 1220 when the first game start was played once again by children.

The game took off in 1886. Later in 1871 the fútbul association created one of soccers many competitions. By 1900, Belgium, Chile, Denmark, and Switzerland all had soccer associations. In 1930 the World Cup was introduced into the world.

There are many similarities between soccer and rugby mainly because they were based off the same sport. Dating back to 1220.

Some of these similarities are the timing of the game. The time of the game rugby is very close to the game of soccer, although soccer is slower because there are times where the time is stopped for stoppage of play this is why rugby is shorter than soccer.

Some other things that connect this sport is that they both use feet. In both games you must use your feet to score a goal in each game for points.

The best teams in the year 2016 is 1. Belgium, 2. Argentina and 3. Spain they are the statistically placed to these positions. Also this is change at all times.
