What is Insomnia?

  • Is the inability to sleep or the inability to stay alseep

Symptoms of Insomnia

  • Difficulty falling asleep at night.
  • Waking up at night
  • Difficulty paying attention, focusing on tasks or remembering.
  • Not feeling well rested after a night's sleep.
  • Daytime tiredness or sleepiness.

Possible treatments for Insomnia

  • Insomnia can't be cured, but treatment may help
  • Therapies: Cognitive behavioral therapy, Light therapy
  • Prescription medicication prescribed by Physicians

  • Her chronic restlessness of sleep got worst 2 years ago after her bestfriend passsed away

  • She stated "Being constantly tired is something I have had to live with all my life and most days I walk around in a constant daze." Normally I can never ever get to sleep before 1am, and sometimes it might even be 3am.
