All about YOU

  • Rounds are to help you
  • Not about critiquing who you are observing
  • Learning from watching others in action

Observe Then Reflect

  • RISD Protocol for obersvation framwork
  • Digital copy kept in eBackpack
  • Used for notes and reference when debriefing
Use this form to help guide your observation and to take notes during the debrief.

Debrief

  • After each round is a short debrief
  • Debrief is Vegas - what is said there stays there
  • Discuss what was viewed to help you grow as a teacher
  • Follow-up
During the debrief, the focus is not on judging the teacher observed but on how you can grow as a teacher. What is said in the debrief is confidential and should never leave the group.
Follow-up - what is the plan to use what you have learned.

Looking Forward to Seeing You aRound
