QUESTIONS & REFLECTION

  • What are the simple things you can do to navigate daily interaction?
  • What did understand most from the video? How did you relate to it? Has it happened to you before? Share briefly (without names. You can come up with another name for your friend involved).
  • What did you not understand, or understand the least?
  • How was the practice? How many times in the week did you attempt to practice active listening? What did you do? What was the person's response?
  • Are you likely to continue trying active listening? Or unlikely? Why or why not?
