Research Steps

  • Pre-Research (develop research question, gather background knowledge, identify what you need to know).
  • Identify all possible sources of needed information...develop a search strategy (write down where these resources are located and how you can access them, ie from home, books at school, public library, etc.)

Steps Continued...

  • Locate Sources (use NoodleTools to house all your resources, notes, works cited information).
  • Read and pull information from your sources, use NoodleTools, Google Docs to manage your notes.
  • Use the information
  • Sythesize (write that paper!)
  • Evaluate (how did you do? Don't go by just the grade!)
