  • Soft bodies
  • Thick muscular foot
  • They take in oxygen through lungs or gills
  • Have shells😳🐚

SPONGES🙈

  • They get food and elim mate waste through flow of water💦
  • Specialized cells
  • Very simple animals🐠
  • Water moves into a central cavity and out through a big opening at the top
  • Have many pores

  • Jointed legs
  • Segmented bodies
  • Some have wings
  • Have exoskeleton= hard outer covering
  • Breathe through gills or air tubes

SEGMENTED WORMS

  • Have long tubed like bodies
  • Simplest organisms
  • Long digestive tube
  • Takes in oxygen from the water through their skin
  • EX: earthworms,leeches

ENCHIDERMS

  • Have arms that extend out from the middle of the body
  • Have tube feet that take in oxygen from the water
  • Have spines
  • Example: sea star,brittle star,sea cucumber,sea irchin
