Last summer a Tucson startup

Testing Notes for SlideShare upload

began experimenting with a collaboration method

they called a DO Tank.

The feedback was great

so they've been experimenting

with its possibilities.

I'm a Librarian

So I think of it as a
flashmobbed
reference question

so I think of it as a
flashmobbed
reference question

that you answer with strangers.

Unlike a think tank

a DO Tank works on a
snackable project

and crowdsources
deliverable prototypes
for a solution.

Group think is rare
because participants
are often strangers.

So we thought it would
be perfect for SXSW.

DO Tank.
Where shit happens.

And community forms
through collaborative
problem solving.

P.S. We know hacking
bureaucracy isn't a
snackable problem.

This could be a disaster

or it could be very cool.

& Lisa.
