IODINE AND EGG LAB

DAY 1

• The egg appeared to be soft

• We placed in 265 ml of water

Day 2
The egg was still soft
The eggs mass was 395 ml
We added high fructose syrup. That's why the doesn't sink

Day 3
The egg was clear and squishy. It mass of the egg was 71 grams.

IODINE

• The iodine in the cell model was white
• The startch in the test tube was white
• The iodine in the test tube was brown
• Starch in the bag turned to brown
• The starch in the test tube was white

• The iodine in the test tube turned to a brownish yellow orange
