HOW TO USE THE IPAD

HOME BUTTON+POWER OFF

• Top right button on iPad turns it off
• Hold down for 5 seconds to power it down
• Home and power button combined takes screen shot
• Double click home button to bring up multitasking options

ORGANIZE APPS

• Hold an app to put in a folder or delete by tapping the (x)
• Up to 20 apps can fit in one folder
• get apps at the App Store with your Apple ID
• You can fit up to 25 apps on one page,including fav bar

SOUND AND SIDESWITCH

• Volume button on right side of your iPad
• Adjust sound in settings app
• When the side switch shows orange,sound is muted
• change how the side switch to works in settings
• Settings>general>side switch >mute or lock rotation

KEYBOARD+SAFARI

• spread the keyboard apart it splits
• can't type?Touch the keyboard icon and then try again
• Open safari>click the box+arrow>click add webpage to home screen.
• Webpage bookmark?box+arrow>tap the book icon

MULTITASKING

• Use 4 or 5 fingers to....
• Pinch all 5 fingers to get to home screen
• Swipe up for multitasking
• Swipe side to side between apps
