TEACHER OR ASSIGNED STUDENT
will distribute iPads from cart
iPad distribution from cart should be done either by the teacher OR an assigned student helper.
Assigned helper should check cart at end of class/usage to ensure all devices have been returned.

ONLY USE
the iPad # assigned to you
Students should use the same iPad each time for a particular class.
Print a roster from TEAMS and write the iPad number next to the name.

ONLY USE
fingers & stylus on iPad screen
Do not use pencils, pens, etc to interact with the screen.

DO NOT
open apps UNLESS instructed
Students should only work in applications that are assigned by the teacher.

record or take photos of others without permission
Students should only record or photograph other students with their permission.

change the wallpaper or lock screen
Students should leave wallpaper and lock screen to whatever is set.
If wallpaper OR lock screen have been changed, notify the teacher immediately.

open/change Settings UNLESS instructed
Do not open the Settings app.
Do not change ANY settings on the iPad. If something seems wrong, notify teacher immediately.

have food/drink near the iPad
Food or drink should not be placed near the iPad. Additionally you should not be eating or drinking while using the iPad.

delete other students' work from iPad
iPads will be shared between groups of students and/or class periods.
Only delete your own work (if needed).

AT THE END OF CLASS
save work & log out of accounts (apps & web)
Allot enough time at the end of class for students to:
-save work to a location off the iPad using either Edmodo or Google Drive
-close & log out of all websites/apps

AT THE END OF CLASS
place iPad in correct slot of cart
iPads placed in cart by teacher or assigned student.
Assigned helper should check cart at end of class/usage to ensure all devices have been returned.
Check to make sure all iPads are plugged into charging cable.
Before dismissing, account for ALL iPads!
Store all iPads in cart and keep locked when not in use

IPAD ISSUES
Report to teacher immediately any
Students should report iPad issues immediately to the teacher. This includes lost, stolen, missing, damage, etc.
Teacher should contact CTS via workorder for any issues that arise.
