• Two weeks in advance
• Use library website form.
• Paid apps may require department approval.

Checkout

Procedures

• See iPad Outlook Calendar for availability
• Email Dronet & Oelkers lesson plan & date
• Teacher picks up & returns cart each day
• Lock cart when not in use

In the Classroom

Distribution Procedures

• Print roll sheet to keep in cart binder 
• Assign each student an iPad
• Record student iPad number on roll sheet 
• Student will always use this iPad in your class

Students may only use
the iPad for teacher directed activities & must
adhere to all regulations
outlined in the
Acceptable Use Policy.

Upon Return

• Have students Log Off accounts
• Delete photos when project is complete
• Check for damage
• Organize iPads on cart
• Teacher returns cart to library
