GROUPS
The Ethnic groups in Iran include the Kurds (7,745,000) and the Persians (47,244,500) and the country's total population is 77,450,000. The Persians and kurds can also be found in Tajikistan and Afghanistan.
Religion
The Persian religion is Zoroastrianism (which is believed to be one of the first monotheistic religions) and the kurds are Sunni muslims
Food
Both groups eat Chicken, lamb, bread, cheese, honey, goat or cow Yoghurt, and goat milk.

Educational importance
It is highly recommend and the grades are divided into k-12 education and
high education. K-12 is supervised by the ministry of education, high
education is by ministry of science and technology. 85% of adults can
read and write. Average literacy rate is 62%.
