  • Blarney Stone is a block of limestone built into Blarney Castle.
  • According to legend, kissing the stone endows the kisser with the gift of gab.
  • The Ring of Kerry has lush meadows, lakes, & mountains. It is Ireland's longest & oldest walking route.
  • The National Museum of Ireland contains collections of Irish heritage, culture and national history.
  • The museum is located in Dublin, Ireland

  • Irish soda bread is loaded with raisins and caraway seeds and is served with butter on it.
  • Irish apple cake has cinnamon, apples, and nutmeg in it and is the most popular dessert in Ireland.
  • Irish stew contains carrots, potatoes, and celery and is a very famous food from Ireland.

  • Bono: musician and humanitarian. Lead singer in U2, a successful rock group.
  • Andrew Scott: received many awards for acting in TV series and film. He is from Dublin.
