Is it social injustice to make gay marriage illegal?
Same sex marriage has been outlawed and look down on because some religions and people say marriage should be between man and woman
People argue that changing the traditional definition of marriage as between a man and woman will further weaken a threatened institution and legalizing gay marriage would be a slippery slope leading to polygamous and interspecies marriages.
The is circular logic “Gay marriage is bad because it is bad”. Is a argument based solely on the idea that gay marriage is bad, yet they cannot provide a proper argument as to why they believe this to be true. The freedom to marry someone of the same sex is a civil right, and it should not be barred simply because they don’t like it.
But we believe it is socially unjust not to allow someone the normal benefits and rights of married couples just because there preferred gender.
Police raids on gay bars were commonplace, but on this occasion the gay and lesbian patrons fought back and sparked days of protests. These people want to be heard and have a voice in what they want, and they want same sex marriages
Same sex marriage should be legalized in texas. There is no plausible rebuttable argument for why same sex marriage should be out lawed
Over the years many states have legalized the marriage and its helping to stop homosexual discrimination. Gays deserve the same rights and benefits as a traditional married couple. And sexual discrimination is out dated and soon to be illegal. That’s why we are for same sex marriage.
