newtons 1st law of motion-
an object that is at rest will stay at rest and an object in motion will stay at motion unless interrupted by an unbalanced force. for example, a ball will remain moving until hitting the wall.

newtons 2nd law of motion-

newtons 2nd law of motion states that the more force you use, the more acceleration you will have. for example, if you push a ball with your finger it will go a little ways. but, if you kick a ball, it will go way further.

newtons 3rd law of motion-
this law states that with every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. for example, if you throw a ball against the ground and it bounces up.

one of isaac newtons contributions to science were his three laws of motion. without these, we wouldn't know a lot of things about motion.
