ISAIAH 11:2-3

What it says
2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:

THE MEANING

• The first verse saying that we should learn and teach about God and Jesus.
• The second verse says that once people learn about Jesus and God they would change their point of view of life.

SALVATION

• It teaches us to fear God and teach about Jesus and to live the way Jesus does

CONFIRMATION

• This verse talks about the Gifts of the Holy Spirit
• We receive the grace to persevere in their faith
