At first I could not see what caused the sound. I thought it was just the wind echoing in the caves . As I was about to leave I noticed silvery shapes on the floor of the cave. As I was. Since they were being pursued by killer whales they decided to escape by swimming to the shore. But since they forgot the depth of the water they got tossed onto the rocky ledge. I dropped my basket of shellfish and set out for the village. Since I was so out of breath when I got to the village, I had to point in the direction of the shore.
The women were cooking supper but they gathered around waiting for me to speak. I told them a school of white bass. They asked where , where! I told them they were on the rocks.
