FOMO can be caused when you feel you are missing out on a positive experience.

Body image is how people see them selves, negative body image is when you have an unrealistic view of your body.
This is seen most commonly in girls and young women.

Teenagers should sleep for 8-10 hours each day.
Only 15% of teenagers sleep for the recommended time each year.

Unrealistic expectations are when you have an idea or vision but do not recognise the truth about the situation or the difficulties that may occur.

Being addicted to a smart device can mean that schoolwork can decline and that you will miss out on opportunities with friends and family.
