MENTION OF JACOB IN HEBREWS

• Jacob is briefly talked about three times in chapter 11 of Hebrews.
• The first verse where he is talked about is verse 9, which states that Jacob was, in addition to Isaac and Abraham, "an heir of the same promise"- the promise that God first made to Abraham.
• The second verse is verse 20, which states, "By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come."
