PRESENTATION OUTLINE
*John Reed received 36% of influence over Jane because he was cruel and mean to everyone.
*Ms Reed received 23% of control over Jane because she had the authority to punish her. However, she only listened to John Reeds side each time trouble came.
*Bessie received 25% of control over Jane because she portrayed the parental figure while Jane stayed there. She always took care of her and taught her right from wrong.
*Jane received 17% because she had little control over what she could do and say, she also thought very little of herself.
*Mr Brocklehurst received 14% of influence over Jane because he was able to control her actions and what she ate and wore.
*Ms Temple received 54% of control over Jane because she was someone Jane looked up too. She was much like an older sister and gave Jane positive influences.
*Helen received 23% of influence over Jane because she was a great friend and influenced Jane to do great things. Such as obeying all rules even absurd ones.
*Jane (15%)had very little control over herself in the beginning of her stay, however that changes and she believes in herself towards the end.
*Mr Rochester received 61% control over Jane because he was her master and was able to control her. He also had much control over her money and she liked him.
*Blanche had 8% control over Jane because she felt she had control over her. Jane also had to abide by what she said because she was a visitor and Jane was a employee.
*Ms Fairfax received 14% because she could tell Jane what to do and resembled Bessie as a parental figure.
*Jane received 17% of control over herself because she begins to believe and have more control.
*Hannah, Mary and Diana all received 10% because once she was brought inside they didn't have much control over them.
*Jane received 42% of control over herself because she finally found confidence in herself.
*st. John received 27% of control because he helped her find a job and allowed her to stay at the house.
