- Prime minister Yoshihikio Noda,leader of the Democratic Party of Japan,derives his authority to govern from the constitution.
WHAT IS THE SOCIETY LIKE?
- Japan is an extremely homogeneous society with non-Japanese,mostly Koreans and Chinese.

- Japanese people value the presence of children,which is one main reason why people marry.Marriage itself can be a constrained state,that it brings a barrier to the outcome yof the children.
