• On call cleaning and maintenance service within local counties
• Rates increase by distance

• Boaters coming/going into/ out of marina
• Call ahead appointments
• Flyers/website/business card/ quality/ price

• Projected Total in Black: approx. $5150/month
• Each member takes 1/4

START UP COSTS

• Very cheap, only about $1100 for first shipment/supplies
• All members own trucks that can be used for business
• Gas prices covered by travel fee
• Mobile business run out of Ozona primarily (run from our vehicles/phones)

LIABILITY

• Run as LLP
• Requires strict guidelines for employees to follow
