TYPES OF RELIGIONS

• Judaism
• Christianity
• Greek Mythology
• Roman Mythology

JUDAISM

• They believed that god was eternal and unique
• They believed that Moses is the greatest of the prophets
• Prayer is directed to God and God alone
• The words of the prophets are true
• The messiah will come

CHRISTIANITY

• It was formed in Palestine
• It has 2,100,000,000 followers
• They believe that god is one god
• They believe in the trinity
• If they believe in The Lord they will be saved

GREEK MYTHOLGY

• Was founded in Greece
• Believed in many gods
• Same as roman Mytholgy
• Prayed to the gods for help

ROMAN MYTHOLGY

• Was founded in Rome
• Beloved in the same gods but
• Had different names
• Prayed to gods to help crops grow
• And if they needed help.

GREEK INFLUENCES

• It was called Hellenism
• Gnosticism: Believed that God didn't
• the earth but and underling below all the earth did.
• Rejection of Monotheism: Caused many Jews to become
• Martyrdom and the Greeks didn't get through.

ROMAN INFLUENCES

• They believe in Mithra the Sun God and
• Believed that that was Christianity's ancestor
• They were taking over christian cities
• They converted the masses into roman masses
• The ones who resisted their religion were sent away

MOST POPULAR RELIGION

• The most popular religion was Judaism
• The reason it was most popular was
• Because their were influences that made them
• Create more religions that were built with two religions
• Their were only two and most had chose Judaism

LEAST POPULIST RELIGION

• Christianity
• People chose both but most picked Judaism
• It become popular soon after
• Jesus went to heaven

JESUS RELIGION

• Was a Jew
• Went to many Jewish temples as a kid
• Preached about during his young adult years
• Was killed for being a Jew
• Called him the Jew King.

TEN COMMANDMENTS

• Though shall no other gods before me
• Shall not make unto any graven image
• Though shall not take the name of the lords name in vain
• Remember the sabbath day. To keep holy
• Honor thy father and tiny mother

TEN COMMAND,ENTS

• Thou shall not kill
• Thou shall not commit adultery
• Thou shall not steal
• Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbors
• Thou shall not covet

HOLY TRINITY

• One god in three persons
• God the father
• Jesus Christ the son
• Holy spirt
