WHat is A Jigsaw Activity?

• 2 groups
• Expert group - become an expert on a specific topic
• Share group - made up of members from each expert group

ONline Sources

• Use common sense - Does the website cite its sources? Do you know who wrote the article or entry you're reading? Is the website you're using an established source of information?
• Encyclopedia Britannica, articles, essays, anything that ends in .org
• Google at your own risk

Your job

• Keep thorough notes as you do your research
• Answer each study guide question
• Remember you'll be sharing this information with your classmates
