SAVE MONEY

  • Unlike some other sports, as long as you have comfortable clothes and tennis shoes, it's possible.
  • Paying money to run at a gym is optional, and so is paying for special gear.

  • Running has also proven to help prevent certain types of cancer.

MY PERSONAL OPINIONS

  • I love running, and I think it's a really good way to relax.
  • I love to put music on, and just run somewhere, whether down a street, or a path in the middle of nowhere.

MY PERSONAL OPINIONS 2

  • After running for a week straight every day, I noticed a definite change in my attitude, and was happy more.
  • I also realized that after you run for a while, you tend to want to run more and more.
