3.
YOU CAN RUN ANYWHERE
It doesn't have to be on a track, you could run pretty much anywhere.
If the weather is bad, run on a treadmill!
4.
SAVE MONEY
Unlike some other sports, as long as you have comfortable clothes and tennis shoes, it's possible.
Paying money to run at a gym is optional, and so is paying for special gear.
5.
VISIT THE DOCTOR LESS
People who run regularly, tend to have better immune systems, and don't need to go to the doctor as much.
Running has also proven to help prevent certain types of cancer.
6.
BURN CALORIES
Running is one of the best calorie burners out there.
Running is one of the easiest ways to get healthier and feel more motivated.
7.
SLEEP BETTER
People who run/jog regularly are less likely to experience insomnia.
It also helps you have better quality sleep, so you are less likely to wake up feeling tired.

9.
SELF ESTEEM
People who run are more likely to have higher self-esteem.
Running/jogging decreases probability of depression, so people who run are overall happier than people who don't.
10.
MAKE NEW FRIENDS
If you don't want to run alone, try to find a person that runs locally, and ask them to run with you.
Most cities have running clubs and frequent races, causing you to meet new people.
11.
MY PERSONAL OPINIONS
I love running, and I think it's a really good way to relax.
I love to put music on, and just run somewhere, whether down a street, or a path in the middle of nowhere.
12.
MY PERSONAL OPINIONS 2
After running for a week straight every day, I noticed a definite change in my attitude, and was happy more.
I also realized that after you run for a while, you tend to want to run more and more.
