Hi my name is John f kennedy i was born on may 29 1917in brookline massachusetts.

growing up i had 5 sisters and 3 brothers.
When i was 2 in a half years old i had a very deadly fever it was so contagious that i had to be separated from my Mom and my baby sister .
On november 8,1960 in a close vote, i was elected president of the united states. i was the youngest man and the first roman catholic ever elected
In 1946 i ran for congress from Boston on the Democratic ticket.
When i was president i helped poor people, Africa, asia, and latin America. i sent american volunteers to help them, support the arts and a strong space program
In the spring of 1943, i was commander of the pt-109, a patrol boat in the pacific ocean. PT stood for patrol torpedo. The boats were light and fast.
In the fall of 1954 i had an operation on my back. while i was in the hospital i wrote a second book profiles in courage. It was awarded the 1957 pulitzer prize for biography.
September 12, 1953 in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Newport, Rhode Island i married Jacqueline Lee Bouvier.
