JAPAN-PHILIPPINES ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

The contract agreement states unified rules and procedures of both countries such as

BENEFITS

IS IT AN EFFECTIVE AGREEMENT

THAT MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE NATIONS AS WELL AS ITS CITIZENS?

Yes, it is an effective agreement between Japan and Philippines because it is a great opportunity for the Philippines to have businesses with Japan and to be their trading partner because Philippines would definitely gain benefits from Japan's advance nation. There will be more jobs given to Filipino people and could provide more opportunities and advantages when it comes to the country's growth and reduction of poverty population.

CONCLUSION

I conclude that Philippines should not approve the treaty and rather deal with any trade negotiations with other nations that ensure any issues such as national sovereignty, industrial and economic development, environmental protection and people's social and economic rights are not threatened just because of an exchange to a short term trade benefits.
