One of there teachings in the torah is thatOne night Abraham climbed
Mount Sinai and it is believe that God gave him the 10 Commandments
that eventually became part of the Old Testament. The 10 Commandments
provided the Jewish people guidelines of how to live their lives.

Abraham is believed to be the father of the Jewish people.
According to jewish scripture, God visited Abraham one day and made a
Sacred agreement with him. Abraham promised that he and his desendants
Would follow god's teachings and God promised to love them.
