Jupiter is the fifth planet from the sun, and is 5.2 astronomical units or 484 miles away from the sun
It is also the largest planet in the solar system
Jupiter is gas planet, but may have a hard core.
Jupiter does not have as extreme seasons as we do earth.

Jupiter has what appears to be stripes, or swirls but are really windy cold clouds of ammonia and water
The clouds temperatures are around -234 degrees give or take for each cloud

Jupiter has 67 moons and more to be discovered
A full day on jupiter is 10 hours
Jupiter can make a complete orbit around the sun in 12 earth years
