JESUS AND JUSTICE

LUKE 6 20

• Jesus shows that the poor are the truly favored by God
• After Jesus makes this truth known he expects his disciples to learn and follow
• Jesus gives truth through his teachings in not only saying, but doing
• Jesus himself was poor suffered with them

LUKE 14 7

• Jesus gives an example of being humble and wise through a wedding
• Jesus does not say he is higher power or greater than us, instead we infer this
• Being rich or of a high class is not essential to heaven, in fact it makes it more difficult to attain Gods glory
