Create your shareable content such as pre-written emails, compelling graphics, templates, short videos and even branded hashtag campaigns ahead of time. New ideas will come along however consistency is key.
Include clear CTA's with your emails, blog posts, Tweets, status updates, video and photo shares and on your social media profiles. CTA phrases/words: Please Share, Go To, Click Here, Donate, Help Now...
Remember to take advantage of your social media real estate: profiles, banners, pinning, pop-up windows, embedding, adding your url, including donation forms...
Remember to promote #GivingTuesday across all channels: on your website, via social media, on your banners, in your blog/newsletter, in emails, direct mail and any other communications.
Remember to update your donors the day after #GT on how you did, the impact of their gift & thank them for their support - if you did not reach your goal, you never know where this can lead...
