EX: Jellyfish, sea anemones, and coral

~ tissues and organs
~ no internal cavity
~ sexual reproduction
~ feed on animals and other smaller life forms
~ has a mouth but no anus
~ parasite to other animals
EX: tapeworm and flat worm
