BIBLICAL ABSTRACT

""So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.""
Genesis 1:27
Since humans are the creations of God, then one might argue that to change or alter that creation is trespassing on divine territory. As a Christian, I think that it is acceptable to use prosthetics because one is not altering or damaging His creation. God created us in His perfect image and I think it is amazing that we have the advanced technology today to restore a limb to the likeness of that designed by God.

CONCLUSION

A prosthetic leg with no knee seems to have more unsatisfactory qualities. The results of the experiments show that there are more pros to having a knee on ones prosthetic leg. Still, some people opt to have no knee, so they aren't completely unusable.
