• Vulnerabilty is the key to being known
• Being fully known and loved is the goal

STRUCTURE

• 7 max
• Sit in a circle
• It's a God lottery who gets in what group
• Leader, co-leader and 5 others

LEADERS

• Married
• Sober
• Employed
• Ability to lead

PHASE 3

• Work is a major part of getting better
• Drive them into or out of the group
• You cant "pastor" them to healing
• Time is critical - don't allow abuse of time
• Leave time to pray and prophesy

TYPICAL SCHEDULE

• 20 min worship
• Play a game
• Share testimonies
• Short message
• Small groups time
