The Beginning

  • North Korea sent over 75,000 troops into South Korea. The reason Korea is divided into a North and South is because Japan had possession of it but then when Japan lost in WW2 it was taken back and was split up into sections. So these sections stayed which became known as the 38th parallel. North Korea became Communist because of the Soviets financial support while we were south Korea's financial support so they became a Democracy.
