Anaerobic Threshold to Determine
CMP testing will also determine your OWN individualized; heart rate, energy (fat vs carbs), pace and power zones.

Knowing your heart rate at measured thresholds can determine very precise heart rate training zones that target your preferred training effect. Many of the generic heart rate training formulas do not take into account genetic and fitness related variables that can significantly alter those training guidelines.

Knowing your energy zones will "hit home" the concept of training your fat burning and carbohydrate burning systems.

Knowing power and pace zones will create a precision oriented pathway for your performance oriented interval sessions and to quantify the workouts training effect, e.g., training stress score (TSS), intensity factor (IF) or TE (training effect score).
