Disposition of solid or liquid waste materials on land or underground in a manner that can contaminate the soil and ground water, threatened public health and cause unsightly conditions and nuisances.

How is it measured?
It is measured by visible waste, liter, as well as pollution of the soil.

  • Food droppings
  • Cans, metals, and anything biodegradablee

EFFECTS

  • Hurts the human respiratory system
  • Causes problems to skin
  • Causes cancer
  • Harms or destroys ecosystems
  • Causing water pollution, and harm natures animals

Other Problems Of Land Pollution

  • Degration and destrcution of earth
  • Harm the earths surface and soil
  • Interefere with historical sites
  • Limit forest growth
  • Coniminate food supplies, & transforms the type of pollution.

SOLUTIONS TO LAND POLLUTION

  • Take care of trash responsibly
  • Recycle
  • Reuse any item you can.
  • Buy biodegradable products
  • Don't use pesticides, and buy products with little packaging.
