  • Puna is found in South America In the Mountains
  • Tierra Fria is found in Bogota, Columbia, Mexico.
  • Tierra Templada can be found 2,500-6,000 ft.
  • Tierra Caliente is found between sea level and 2,500 ft.

  • Tierra Helada is Spanish for "frozen land"
  • Puna means a high, cold plateau
  • Teirra Fria in spanish means "cold land"
  • Tierra Templada in spanish means "temperate"
