  • Brazil, Peru, Venezuela,Ecuador, Bolivia, Guyana,Surinam, and French guinina are parts of the amazon rain forest
  • It has a tropical climate which keeps 40,000 plants healthy amazon is the largest rainforest in the world
  • Amazon is the largest rainforest in the world
  • 2/3 of the worlds plant species can be found there

  • The atacoma desert is located in chile
  • It's plant life are small variety of algae,linches,and cactus
  • Some river beds have been dry over 12,000 years
  • It's the driest desert in the world.
  • It's located in northern chile

AMAZON RIVER

  • The source of the Amazon River is Lago Villafro in the Andes Mountains, Peru.
  • The Amazon River is a path of transportation for people and produce with transport like dugout canoes to hand-built wooden rivercraft.
  • It surrounds the Amazon Rainforest and covers territory belonging to nine nations, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana.
  • There are extensive forested areas that become flooded every rainy season.
  • It is the second longest river in the World and is 6400 kilometres.
