Three-Fifths Compromise
The decision to allow black slaves to be counted in calculating taxes and number of people in a state.

  • A Legistation has the power over foreign affairs and finance.
  • The Executive branch is office of the president.
  • The Judicial branch is the branch that enforces the laws.

The section of the Declaration of Independence that states the rights that all humans have.
