California has a cyber bullying law authorizing schools to suspend or expel students who bully online, by cellphone or other electronic means.

In Arkansas, cyber bullying is a class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a fine up to $1,000.

In Tennessee it's a class A misdemeanor, punishable by up to 11 months and 29 days in jail and a fine of up to $2,500.
