The challenges
Labor market is always competitive for talents. Always. Period. And it would be like that, never change. Never.
The shortage of talents (especially in leadership positions) is the top challenge of every company, adding the fact of high attrition for talents.
Hiring is hard, fitting after hiring is even harder.

The principles
You don't build business. You build people and people will build the business.
Build your skeleton strong. It is the investment into your 20%, or even better if it's 25%. They are your leaders.
A great leader must be a happy person.
A great leader starts working on himself or herself.

Where to get them?
Grow from within for 80% of them. If we don't have enough senior people to grow, even grow them from freshers.
