  • Labor market is always competitive for talents. Always. Period. And it would be like that, never change. Never.
  • The shortage of talents (especially in leadership positions) is the top challenge of every company, adding the fact of high attrition for talents.
  • Hiring is hard, fitting after hiring is even harder.

There need to be a solution here!

The principles

  • You don't build business. You build people and people will build the business.
  • Build your skeleton strong. It is the investment into your 20%, or even better if it's 25%. They are your leaders.
  • A great leader must be a happy person.
  • A great leader starts working on himself or herself.

The company is as strong as its backbone which is the skeleton for the company.

20% of the population.
As the top management team, we need to assure we always have this 20% strong and capable.

And to be safe, we need to have even more - 25% (with additional 5% for attrition).

Where to get them?
Grow from within for 80% of them. If we don't have enough senior people to grow, even grow them from freshers.

Those 25% need to be equipped enough knowledge to become a great leader.
