What is the situation?

International happiness day was established by the UN in 2012. It is meant to remind us that happiness is one of, if not, the most important rights that a human has, and that our main goal in life should be to be happy.

Is this still happening?

The article took place on March 20 in any country that is in the UN. It is not still happening but, you should still want to be happy.

OTHERS SHOULD CARE BECAUSE:

• This holiday reminds us to work together as a society and stay positive
• By working together we can make the world better
• It can unite people
• It is positive news
• Negative news can make people feel alone and depressed.

WHY DID I CHOOSE TO WRITE ABOUT THIS?

• I like to be positive/happy
• I did not know that there was an international happiness day
• It caught my eye
