SEE BIG POTENTIAL FOR PUBLIC LIBRARIES

  • Share content
  • Raise awareness of DRM issues
  • Use as an internet 'taster'.
  • Outreach
Like to provide digital content tailored to different audiences and events.

Sharing DRM free content can offer an opportunity to talk about DRM issues.

Many people are scared to use the internet because of privacy or security issues. LibraryBox can offer a safe, limited introduction to the web.

Improves our outreach offer adding digital resources and experiences.

Situated in Manchester Central Library, the ArchivePlus centre brings together a partnership of regional and national collections of documents, photographs and films, and will help to satisfy a growing demand for accessible community history and personal heritage.
